Rental Agreement Form

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between UTV Rental Aruba, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the undersigned customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Renter," for the rental of a UTV or Jeep. By signing this Agreement, Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. VEHICLE RENTAL

• The Company agrees to rent a UTV or Jeep to the Renter for the period specified at the time of booking.
• The rental includes the vehicle only. Fuel, insurance, and other additional services (e.g., equipment, guides) are subject to extra charges.

2. RENTAL PERIOD

• The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is rented and ends at the time of return. Late returns will incur additional charges at the daily rental rate.

3. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• The Renter must be at least 21 years of age to rent a UTV or Jeep.
• The Renter must hold a valid, government-issued driver's license for at least one year.
• The Renter must be the primary driver and must ensure that all authorized drivers listed on this Agreement meet the same requirements.

4. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

• The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Insurance is optional, but the Renter must purchase it to limit their liability.
• Without insurance, the Renter is fully responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of the vehicle.
• The Company provides a basic insurance package that covers third-party liability. Any damages to the rented vehicle caused by the Renter will not be covered under this basic insurance.

5. USE OF VEHICLE

• The Renter agrees to use the vehicle solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• The vehicle is not to be used for off-road driving unless specified by the Company.
• The Renter is prohibited from driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair driving ability.

6. DAMAGE DEPOSIT

• A damage deposit will be required at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• The deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as when rented, subject to any damage or missing items.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the rental date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

8. LIABILITY WAIVER

• The Renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify UTV Rental Aruba, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of the rented vehicle, including accidents, theft, or damage to personal property.

9. RETURN OF VEHICLE

• The vehicle must be returned by the agreed-upon time and date.
• The Renter agrees to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel and in the same condition as when rented, with the exception of normal wear and tear.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

• The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify this Agreement at any time if the Renter breaches any terms.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Aruba.
• Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Aruba.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SIGNATURE

By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Rental Agreement.
